Shape-shifting is the ancient art of learning to match, then become. It is a tool and practice that warriors, artists, and spiritual healers have utilized for generations to navigate with integrity through uncertain times. This workshop will introduce you to four foundational components of shape-shifting: identifying, sensing, becoming, and releasing. Then, you will learn how shape-shifting into new and different forms can energize your life and lead you to take decisive action in line with your passion, purpose, and integrity.
Event info: Talks are free with admission to the Body, Mind, Spirit Expo. Tickets are valid for the whole weekend of speakers, events and vendors. $12 at the door.
